Stroke Education Opportunities in the Champlain Region

The Champlain Regional Stroke program has a wide variety of stroke programs to offer this year. Programs fill up quickly so please ensure that you register ASAP once registration is open. There is NO COST to attend the stroke programs unless otherwise indicated in the brochure as they are funded by the MOHLTC through the Ontario Stroke System. Registration is required for all programs as seating limited.

Tips and Tools for Everyday Living

Target Audience:  Personal Support Workers working with stroke survivors and their families. The workshop is 4-hours in length and offers an opportunity to participate in a multidisciplinary, interactive setting to acquire the knowledge and skills required to implement the following best practices in stroke care.
