The goal of the Champlain Regional Stroke Network is to ensure that the residents of the Champlain region have access to the highest quality stroke care in Canada. Our region has many national, regional, and local institutions that are collaborating together to make dramatic improvements in the way stroke care is delivered for our 1.2 million residents. We are committed to working with our partners to improve stroke care across the health care continuum through research, education, and application of best practices.

Ottawa Race Weekend - Ottawa Stroke Research Group
We are eagerly pushing forward with our fundraising efforts to support the Ottawa Stroke Research Group (OSRG).
All proceeds will go towards Stroke research, focusing on our priority programs:
1)Finding faster ways to treat TIAs, or “warning strokes”, before it is too late.
2)Applying new technologies to enhance emergency stroke therapy.
3)Developing therapies for “bleeding” strokes, a devastating condition without a treatment.
4)Enhancing the brain’s natural ability to recover from a stroke.
