AlphaFIM® Credentialing

Please note: AlphaFIM training is now done through each hospital's internal e-Learning system. It is called 'Assessing Client Function with the AlphaFIM Instrument'. The e-Module is to be completed by all new assessors in preparation for the test. It is strongly recommended that when renewing, you review the module prior to attempting the test.

Payment for the credentialing keycode to complete the online exam ($45) will be requested from your department manager.
Keycodes have an expiry date. Please register only when you are ready to complete the process.
